OCCUPATION
The apartment is
for single occupation only (2 bedrooms - 1 or 2 occupants). No other
occupiers will be permitted without the prior agreement of Thames View
Properties. If the agreement is given there will be a charge of £15 per
person, per night, in addition to the agreed charges.
Due to the
size and furnishings of the apartment it is regretted that agreement
will not be given for children to occupy the apartment at any time.
The
apartment will be used for private residential purposes and no business
shall be carried on in the apartment without prior consent from Thames
View Properties.
INVENTORY
The
occupier will be responsible for checking and signing the inventory
which will be left in the apartment prior to arrival. Once signed the
inventory shall be left in the apartment for collection.
APPLIANCES
The
occupier shall not use any apparatus in the apartment which is powered
by Butane, Propane or any other similar liquid, bottles or canned gas or
dried batteries.
The occupier shall not use any electrical appliances which are incorrectly wired or have faulty wiring.
The
occupier shall not burn candles in the apartment as these could be a
potential fire hazard and can also cause damage to walls and ceilings.
INSURANCE
All occupiers will be responsible for insuring their own personal possessions against loss or damage.
PREVENTION OF DAMAGE
The
occupiers will take all reasonable care to prevent damage to the
apartment, its contents and the buildings of which the apartment forms
part and will pay for any damage, breakage or loss caused by the
occupiers or his/her visitors.
NO NUISANCE
The
occupier or occupiers shall not interfere or trespass upon any other
part of the Thames View apartments and shall not cause or permit any
nuisance or annoyance to the owner or other occupiers.
ANIMALS
No animals, insects or reptiles shall be brought into the apartment.
